A Middletown man was struck by a car while riding his bicycle.  The defendant left the scene and was never found.  Prior to filing for arbitration with American Arbitration Association the claim was settled for the policy limits thru his mother’s  uninsured motorist coverage with Progressive Insurance. Policy limits settlement.
