A Bronx resident was struck by a car and fled the scene.  The tortfeasor left the scene and was never found.  Prior to filing for arbitration with American Arbitration Association the claim was settled for the policy limits thru her mother’s  uninsured motorist coverage with State Farm Insurance. Policy limits settlement.
