Michael handles all personal injury and medical malpractice claims. He also has a unique connection with municipality claims and construction accidents [New York Labor Law Sections 200, 240(1) and 241(6)]. Michael started his law practice by advertising “WE SUE NYC”. For years he built a reputation as a fierce adversary of all State, City and Local municipalities. For almost 30 years he has dedicated his professional career to representing all victims of police misconduct, civil rights violations, bus, train, auto, construction, work, sidewalk and crosswalk accidents.
